Lucie Houel
Technology Research
Technology comes from science and design comes from understanding people. I am fascinated by the combination of both.
Lucie studied robotics at EPFL and graduated in 2019 with an MSc in Microengineering. She travelled to India for an internship with the artis duo PORS & RAO, for whom she developed prototypes for robotic artworks. Back in Switzerland, she worked on other projects for the artists, before deciding to continue her studies at EPFL and ECAL. She graduated in 2023 with a Master of Advanced Studies in Design Research for Digital Innovation. She has been working at iart as a technology researcher since July 2023.
