Elisa studied European Cultural History at the University of Augsburg and Cultural Management at the University of Basel. Before joining iart in 2017, Elisa worked for various orchestras, most recently for the Basel Chamber Orchestra, where she was in charge of finance management and human resources and organised the international tours. At iart, she is responsible for financial accounting, personnel administration and office administration and, together with Martin Kovacovsky, coordinates the internal education program in the sense of a learning organisation. In her spare time, Elisa is an ambassador for foodsharing and saves surplus food from the waste bin.
