We are excited to host a panel discussion at this year's ArtTech Forum, in association with Sabanci University in Instanbul. Moderated by Valentin Spiess (founder and CEO of iart), the panelists, Kulapat Yantrasast (creative director and founder of WHY), Moritz Fehr (sound artist and filmmaker), and Grisha Coleman (Harvard Radcliffe Fellow and professor of arts, media, and engineering) will discuss the potential of Mixed Reality for cultural institutions:

Digital Twin as a New Canvas for Cultural Institutions

A consequence of the global pandemic is the accelerated digitisation of the cultural sector, and, at the same time, an increased acceptance of the digital formats by audiences. In this remix, cultural institutions now have opportunities to integrate mixed or virtual reality into their programmes. This panel will explore recent applications and future potential. What can be enhanced? What is the forecast? What novel forms, evolutionary strains of mixed reality are on the arts and culture horizon?
