MX for Urban Development
With the MX headset, urban construction projects can be experienced on site at 1:1 scale. Interested parties and stakeholders can already see what is planned for the future and share their ideas and feedback.

MX for Real Estate
With the MX headset, a 3D simulation of fully planned apartments can be walked through in a showroom together with other interested parties. For existing buildings, the development of the apartment can also be experienced on site.

The MX headset
The Meta Quest 3 is currently the headset of choice for the rental package and was selected for its competitive price and strong long‑term support. We equipped it with a more ergonomic headband and an integrated battery extension to enable all‑day operation and increased comfort.

Wi‑Fi access point
Our rental set includes a preconfigured Wi‑Fi access point to ensure that all headsets have reliable mobile internet access and a local network connection when needed.

MX servers for multiplayer experiences
The rental package includes a dedicated PC that acts as a central server and synchronizes complex scenes across all connected headsets. To enable immersive, long‑lasting multiplayer experiences, we use the multiplayer framework integrated in Unity, based on real‑time state synchronization between devices. By centralizing this task on a server, we reduce the computational load on the headsets and improve overall performance and stability.

Charging stations
The MX case includes charging stations for the removable batteries used in the mixed reality headsets. This setup enables quick battery swaps and ensures uninterrupted, all‑day operation without charging downtime. It also allows for easy and safe transport of the entire solution.

Calibration is performed using a purpose‑built system, and the process is so intuitive that it can be done by users with little to no mixed reality experience. Users wearing the headset simply look at printed markers placed on the floor, which are automatically detected by the headset. This ensures precise alignment between digital content and the physical environment, so multiple users can interact synchronously and reliably within the same virtual space.
