Oslo Night 2020 will take place on 26 September and offers a diverse cultural program on the Dreispitz in Basel. In cooperation with the Haus für elektronische Künste (HeK) we present the interactive installation "Empathy Swarm" by the artist duo Hochschuh & Donovan. "Empathy Swarm" is an emergent system of autonomous robots that serves as an interface between man and machine.
