The new building from the insurance company Swiss Re called Swiss Re Next was opened on October 3. Available space will be used more efficiently with a flexible workspace concept. With think tanks, coffee lounges and a central staircase designed to bring teams together, the architecture was designed to serve the needs of the employees. iart designed and planned the forward-looking auditorium. 10 mobile LED panels allow for a previously unseen degree of spatial flexibility: Switching from work-oriented, front-facing conference setups to distributed screens along all of the walls for receptions. iart was also responsible for the light planning of the auditorium and the TV studio that is also part of Swiss Re Next.
