LIKLAK

LIKLAK was an interactive light cube by Claude Hidber that could be used as information carrier: By sending a short message from a mobile phone the ticker of the cube was activated.

The mobile LIKLAK installation was presented at different locations in Basel and Zurich, Switzerland. Throughout the day it frequently changed its colours and was used by the population as an interactive communication medium. In this way, LIKLAK transformed urban non-places into light-flooded communication space.
