'This Happened' is a series of curated evenings taking place four times a year in London and focusing on the stories behind interaction design on the intersection between design and technology. 3-5 speakers are invited per event to talk about a project that they have realised: How did it come into existence? How did they make their idea happen? And how can their findings and production process help inform future work?

At the next event taking place on 14 March 2014, Valentin Spiess will present the kinetic facade of the MegaFaces Pavilion at the Sochi 2014 Winter Olympic Games.
