For more than five years we have been working with agile methods in our projects and have developed a culture of collaboration based on our extensive practical experience, which today considerably contributes to the success of iart. We are convinced that the agile work method and the collaboration between interdisciplinary teams are the key to innovation.

For this reason, we are initiating Fluxdock. Fluxdock AG is an independent non-profit organisation that offers companies the possibility to become part of an innovative and agile network. First, by developing a digital platform that simplifies and professionalises collaboration between companies. And second, by implementing an open work environment at the Transitlager in Basel, which supports agile work methods and collaboration in the best way possible — both on a spatial and technical level. Companies will have the opportunity to either move permanently into Fluxdock — as iart will — or temporarily rent workstations, meeting rooms, workshop rooms, or event spaces.
